8.1. If you want to participate in gambling on the Website, you need to place funds into your account.
8.2. You confirm and agree that the funds you place into your account were not received as a result of criminal and/or illegal, and/or unauthorised activities.
8.3. The company does not accept funds from third-parties, such as, in particular, friends, relatives, partners, and/or spouses. You shall place funds into your account only from the account/system and/or payment cards that are registered in your name. If during the security check, we would discover a violation of this provision, all winnings will be confiscated and returned.
8.4. If a bank transfer for the return of funds to a legal owner is requested, the recipient shall cover all bank charges/commissions.
8.5. We do not accept cash transferred to us. We may use third-party electronic payment processing organisations and/or financial institutions to process both payments from and to you. Unless the terms and conditions of such third-party organisations for the processing of electronic payments and/or financial institutions do not contradict the provisions of these Terms and conditions, you agree to adhere to such terms and conditions.
8.6. In the event of suspicious or fraudulent fund deposits, including the use of stolen credit cards and/or any other fraudulent activity, including the transfer of funds for the purpose of exchange between payment systems, the Company may block your account, cancel any payments, and collect any winnings. We may inform the relevant authorities and/or organisations (including credit reference agencies/credit bureaus) of any payment fraud or other illegal activities. We may hire collection agencies to collect the payments. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any unauthorised use of credit cards, irrespective of whether the credit card theft was reported.
8.7. We may at any time set off any positive balance in your account against any amount that you must pay to the Company, including (without limitation) repeated bets or wagering.
8.8. You acknowledge and agree that your account is not a bank account, and therefore no insurance, warranty, deposit, or other protection instruments provided by deposit insurance or bank insurance systems, or any similar insurance systems, apply to it. Interest is not charged on the funds placed into your account.
8.9. You may at any time file a request for withdrawal of funds from your account, provided that:
8.9.1. all payments transferred to your account have been reviewed for the absence of unacceptable actions, and no payment has been in any way cancelled;
8.9.2. any verification actions mentioned in Paragraph 6 were properly carried out.
8.10. When making an application for funds withdrawal, the following provisions should be considered:
8.10.1. the information on your profile page must be fully completed and contain at least one confirmed phone number;
8.10.2. funds shall be withdrawn by the same method that was previously used to deposit them into your account;
8.10.3. A customer shall complete the verification process before the requested withdrawal will be processed. Normally, customer verification consists of, but is not limited to:
a) Identity verification document - a copy or digital photo of customer’s identification document (the page with the photo), such as passport or ID card. Passport series and number must be fully visible on the image.
b) Proof of Address document, and
c) Payment method verification, in case payment method user’s details are not transferred in the call-back.
In case the plastic card was used for depositing, we will require the copies of the front and back sides of the card. The first six and the last four digits of the card number should be visible. Same numbers should be visible on the back side, if they are embossed. Middle numbers and the CVV2 code should always be truncated. We may request a verification of additional documents at any time.
8.11. When making an application for the payment, there should not be incomplete bonus games (free spins) on the player’s account. To withdraw funds, you need to use or cancel the active bonus rounds.
8.12. The full amount of a deposit must be wagered at least once (1x playthrough), otherwise the amount deposited cannot be withdrawn. If a player has not wagered the first deposit and made the second one, the conditions for wagering of both deposits are summed up. A turnover is also considered wagered if the amount of funds on the balance is less than 10% of the deposit amount. 100% of bets placed in the games of the Slots category are counted into a deposit turnover. In the Jackpots, Video Poker, Tables, Live Casino categories only 10% of the bet amount is counted into a deposit turnover. 8.13. If the withdrawal amount exceeds $1,000 USD or the equivalent in your currency, the Company may perform, additional verification. If the deposit or withdrawal amount reaches or exceeds $3,000 USD, the Company will perform additional verification.
8.14. The Company reserves the right to introduce and cancel additional fees for replenishment and withdrawal of funds, as well as apply individual turnover conditions to your game account, regardless of the status. In case of implementation or cancellation of any such restrictions, the Company undertakes to notify you of this by e-mail within 24 hours after such a decision has been made and, at its own discretion, via other means of communication (phone calls, messages, etc).
8.15. When making several withdrawal requests within a 24 hour period, a commission fee of 2% (max $10) may be charged, starting on the second withdrawal within that period. The first request will therefore not be subject to this commission fee, only the following withdrawal requests within those 24 hours. Please note that a Commission will be charged even if there was a deposit after the 2nd withdrawal request.
8.16. By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree that the services are considered fully rendered in accordance with the current situation at the time the funds are credited to your account.
8.17. Refund of funds would be performed to the same payment method that was used for depositing in following cases:
- A client is underage;
- A client wants to terminate his account;
- A client has not provided verification documents;
- A client is found to be otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
