Game mode
The Basics
- Up to 7 players share one table and one 6-deck shoe. Everyone plays their own hand against the same dealer. You never play against the other seats.
- Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. Number cards count as their number, face cards count 10, and an Ace counts 1 or 11, whichever is better for your hand.
- An Ace plus a ten-value card on the deal is a blackjack. It pays 3:2, the best payout for a main hand in the game.
- The dealer draws to 16 and stands on all 17s, including soft 17. Beat the dealer's total to win 1:1. Tie and your bet is a push, so you get it back.
How a Round Runs
- Pick any open seat. There is no ready button. Placing a bet is what puts you in the next hand, and if you do not bet during the betting window you simply sit out that hand.
- Once someone is seated, a 5-second countdown opens the betting window. You get 15 seconds to place your main bet and any side bets, all at once.
- The dealer deals two cards to every bet and shows one of their own. Seats then play in order. The table only shows moves that are allowed right now.
- Each decision is on a 30-second clock. Let it run out and the hand stands on its own.
- When every seat is done, the dealer plays their hand, every hand is settled at once, and the next countdown starts right away.
Your Decisions
- Hit to take another card, or stand to keep your total. Go over 21 and the hand busts right away.
- Double down on any first two cards, including after a split (but not on split Aces). Your bet doubles and you get exactly one more card.
- Split a pair into two hands, each with its own bet. You can split up to 2 times, for a maximum of 3 hands. Split Aces get one card each. A 21 on a split hand pays 1:1, not as a blackjack.
- Surrender your first two cards, before any split, to give up the hand and get half your main bet back.
Insurance & Even Money
- When the dealer shows an Ace, every seat gets 13 seconds to take insurance for half their main bet. It pays 2:1 if the dealer has blackjack, which covers your losing hand. Do nothing and insurance is declined.
- Have a blackjack against a dealer Ace? Take even money for a sure 1:1 now, or keep the blackjack for the full 3:2 and risk a push.
- When the dealer shows a ten-value card, the dealer checks for blackjack right away, so a round that is already decided ends quickly. When the dealer shows an Ace, the check happens after the insurance window closes.
Side Bets
- Perfect Pairs is a bet that your first two cards are a pair. It pays 25:1 for the same rank and suit, 12:1 for the same rank and color, and 6:1 for any other pair.
- 21+3 puts your two cards together with the dealer's face-up card to make a three-card poker hand. It pays 100:1 for three of a kind in the same suit, 40:1 for a straight flush, 30:1 for three of a kind, 10:1 for a straight, and 5:1 for a flush.
- Both side bets are decided as soon as the cards are dealt and paid right away. They even pay when the dealer turns over a blackjack.
- Side bets are placed together with your main bet and run from $0.10 to $500 each.
Limits & the Shoe
- Main bets run from $1 to $1,000 per hand. Payouts are profit on top of your returned bet, so a 1:1 win on $10 comes back as $20.
- The 6-deck shoe is shuffled once and dealt until about three quarters of it is gone, or now and then a little earlier at random. Then a fresh shoe is shuffled in. A hand never runs across two shoes. If the cards run out during a hand, the hand stands and the next one starts on the new shoe.
Fair Play
- Every shoe is shuffled once, up front, from a secret seed. A fingerprint of the shuffle is published before the first card is dealt, and the full seed is revealed once the shoe is finished.
- No card is decided during a hand. Every dealt card, hit, double and split card is simply the next card off that shuffled shoe, the same for every seat.
Timers, Drops & Idle Seats
- Lose your connection during a hand and the table plays on. Your hand stands on its own when its clock runs out, and any bet you placed is settled as normal.
- Your seat is held for a while after you disconnect, so you can rejoin exactly where you left off. Stay away too long and the seat is given to someone ready to play.
- Leave in the middle of a hand and you lose that hand. Leave during the betting window and your chips come straight back.
- Sit out too many hands in a row and your seat is given to someone ready to play.

The whole six-deck shoe is shuffled from a seed that is locked in before the deal, not from a black box. Here is how that works, and how to check any shoe you played.
Locked In Before The Deal
- Every shoe starts with a fresh secret server seed. Its SHA-256 hash, a fingerprint of the seed that cannot be faked, is published to the table before the first card comes out.
- Because the fingerprint is published before anyone bets, the house cannot reshuffle, swap a card, or favor a seat during the shoe. Any change would break the fingerprint.
One Shuffle, Every Card
- Three inputs (the server seed, a table seed, and a one-time shoe nonce) feed a cryptographic shuffle that sets the order of all 312 cards before the first hand.
- Nothing is decided hand by hand. Every dealt card, hit, double and split card, for every seat, is simply the next card off that shuffled shoe.
Check Any Shoe Yourself
- When a shoe is finished and the next one is dealt in, its server seed is revealed to everyone who bet on it. Hash it yourself and it must match the fingerprint published up front.
- Open the Provably Fair panel below. Every finished shoe you played a hand in is listed there, and the Verify tab replays its full shuffle to confirm every card dealt came off that shoe.
- You do not have to trust our verifier either. It gives you a small code snippet you can run in any JavaScript console to rebuild the whole shoe yourself.
