Tilt Treasure Pack — Supplemental Terms and Conditions

These Tilt Treasure Pack Supplemental Terms and Conditions (the Supplemental Terms) govern eligibility to access, purchase and open the Tilt Treasure randomized pack (the Tilt Treasure Pack) offered by Tilt Rips LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (Tilt Rips, we, us or our).

By requesting access to, purchasing or opening a Tilt Treasure Pack, you agree to these Supplemental Terms, the Tilt Rips Terms and Conditions (the Platform Terms), the Tilt Rips Privacy Policy, the disclosures and odds shown on the applicable pack page, and any other rules or notices presented in connection with the Tilt Treasure Pack.

These Supplemental Terms supplement the Platform Terms. If they conflict, these Supplemental Terms control solely with respect to the Tilt Treasure Pack.

The Tilt Treasure Pack is an invite-only Randomized Product offered for purchase through the Tilt Rips platform. A purchaser buys and receives collectible content through the standard Tilt Rips pack-opening experience. The exact collectible or prize received is not known before the pack is opened.

The Tilt Treasure Pack is not offered as a free-entry sweepstakes. Purchasing the pack does not guarantee the Tilt Treasure Grand Prize or any particular collectible, rarity, value, resale price or economic return.

The Tilt Treasure Pack is scheduled to become available at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on July 22, 2026 and remain available until inventory is exhausted, the Tilt Treasure Grand Prize is validly awarded, or Tilt Rips suspends or ends availability earlier in accordance with these Supplemental Terms.

Access approval does not reserve inventory or guarantee that a Tilt Treasure Pack will remain available for purchase. Tilt Rips may close access once all configured packs have been purchased or the Tilt Treasure Grand Prize has been awarded.

To request, receive and use access, a user must:

• be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in the user's jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• hold a valid Tilt Rips account in the user's own name and remain eligible to use the Platform under the Platform Terms;
• be physically located in a jurisdiction where Tilt Rips and the Tilt Treasure Pack are legally available;
• successfully complete all identity, age, location, payment, source-of-funds, sanctions, tax and other compliance checks requested by Tilt Rips; and
• receive access through one of the qualifying methods described below.

Access may automatically unlock for a user whose Tilt Rips account has recorded at least US$500,000 in cumulative qualifying pack spend. Tilt Rips will determine qualifying spend using its internal records. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed or charged-back transactions, promotional credits, test activity and activity associated with fraud or abuse may be excluded.

Tilt Rips may also approve access through a discretionary VIP status transfer based on verified purchasing or pack-opening history with another collectibles platform. A VIP transfer is an eligibility assessment only; it does not transfer any account, balance, property, status or legal obligation from another platform to Tilt Rips.

Tilt Rips may request account statements, transaction records, screenshots, identification, source-of-funds information or other evidence. Tilt Rips may approve or decline any VIP transfer request in its sole discretion, and approval of one user does not require approval of another user with similar activity.

Interested users may contact the official Tilt Rips VIP channel at @TiltRipsVIP on Telegram. Users remain responsible for confirming that they are communicating with the authentic Tilt Rips account and must never disclose passwords, authentication codes, wallet seed phrases or other security credentials.

Tilt Treasure access is personal, limited, non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, shared or used for another person. Tilt Rips may withhold, suspend or revoke unused access where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, payment risk, technical integrity or enforcement of the Platform Terms.

Each Tilt Treasure Pack costs US$500, plus any applicable taxes, duties, payment charges or other disclosed fees.

There is no limit on the number of Tilt Treasure Packs an eligible user may purchase and open, subject to eligibility, compliance checks and inventory availability. Tilt Rips may aggregate linked accounts or activity and may cancel, void or refund any purchase that does not comply with these Supplemental Terms or the Platform Terms.

The purchase must be completed using a payment method approved by Tilt Rips and must successfully settle. Access and purchase are subject to inventory availability and final approval by Tilt Rips. Once a pack has been opened or revealed, the transaction is final except where required by law or where Tilt Rips determines that a material technical malfunction occurred.

The Tilt Treasure Pack is configured using Tilt Rips' standard randomized pack mechanics. The available content, checklist, value bands, odds and other material pack information will be disclosed on the Tilt Treasure Pack page.

Exactly one (1) Tilt Treasure Grand Prize is available within the configured Tilt Treasure Pack inventory. The odds of receiving it are the odds published on the pack page and depend on the pack configuration and remaining eligible inventory. No person is guaranteed to receive it.

Tilt Rips' system records control the result of each valid opening. Tilt Rips may investigate and, where reasonably necessary, void, unwind, re-run, delay or cancel an opening affected by a material bug, exploit, manipulation, duplicate allocation, payment failure, fraud event, botting or operational error, in accordance with the Platform Terms and applicable law.

If a display or technical error appears to allocate more than one Tilt Treasure Grand Prize, only one valid Grand Prize is available. Tilt Rips may void or correct affected results and provide any refund or remedial opening required under the Platform Terms or applicable law.

Collectibles received from the Tilt Treasure Pack, other than the Tilt Treasure Grand Prize, may be vaulted, redeemed, listed, sold or otherwise handled through the options made available in the applicable Tilt Rips product flow and subject to the Platform Terms.

Where the standard opening flow presents an immediate buyback option to an ordinary pack result, the user may accept that offer in accordance with the Platform Terms and the time, verification, payment and product-specific conditions shown on the Platform. No later or continuing buyback price, liquidity or resale opportunity is guaranteed.

The immediate or standard buyback option does not apply to the Tilt Treasure Grand Prize unless Tilt Rips separately and expressly offers a buyback in writing after award. The Grand Prize is an in-kind award and no cash conversion or cash alternative is included.

The top result available from the Tilt Treasure Pack is the Tilt Treasure Grand Prize, with a stated aggregate value of US$1,000,000.

The Tilt Treasure Grand Prize will be awarded in kind as hand-curated collectible inventory owned or acquired by Tilt Rips. The inventory may include graded cards, raw cards, sealed products, memorabilia and similar collectibles selected by Tilt Rips.

Tilt Rips will reasonably determine the aggregate stated value using prevailing market information at the time the prize inventory is selected or formally allocated to the verified winner, including available comparable sales, recognized marketplace data, grading information, condition, scarcity, liquidity and other factors customarily considered under the Platform Terms. Valuation is not an independent appraisal or guarantee of resale value.

Once inventory has been selected or allocated and its aggregate stated value recorded, later market increases or decreases will not increase, reduce or otherwise adjust the quantity of inventory owed. Collectibles are volatile and may ultimately be worth more or less than the stated value.

No cash alternative is offered. The winner may not require Tilt Rips to replace the Grand Prize with cash, credits, cryptocurrency or any specific collectible. Tilt Rips may substitute individual items before delivery where reasonably necessary, provided that the substituted inventory has an aggregate stated value that is not materially less than the undelivered portion being replaced, determined using the same valuation approach.

The apparent recipient of the Tilt Treasure Grand Prize is a provisional winner until Tilt Rips completes verification. Tilt Rips may require identity, age, account ownership, location, payment authorization, source-of-funds, tax, sanctions, anti-money laundering, fraud and other compliance information or documentation.

The provisional winner must respond and provide requested information within the period stated in Tilt Rips' verification notice. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, use of an unauthorized payment method, chargeback, fraud, manipulation, sanctions restrictions, unlawful participation or material breach connected with the purchase or winning opening may result in disqualification and forfeiture.

If the apparent winner is disqualified or the winning opening is validly voided, Tilt Rips may return the Grand Prize to the remaining pack inventory, conduct another allocation using the applicable pack mechanics, or take another lawful and commercially reasonable approach consistent with the Platform Terms.

After the winner is finally verified, unrelated later account inactivity or ordinary account closure will not by itself cause forfeiture of undelivered Grand Prize inventory. Tilt Rips may, however, delay or suspend delivery where required by law, sanctions, court order, fraud connected with the prize, false verification information, payment reversal or a material security concern affecting delivery.

Tilt Rips may deliver the Tilt Treasure Grand Prize in full or in monthly installments over a period of up to twelve (12) months, at Tilt Rips' discretion. Delivery will begin within a commercially reasonable period after verification and completion of any required winner documentation.

Tilt Rips may satisfy delivery through physical shipment, release from vault storage, transfer within the Platform or another lawful fulfillment method appropriate to the relevant inventory. The specific items, installment composition and delivery sequence will be determined by Tilt Rips, subject to the aggregate prize obligations in these Supplemental Terms.

Shipping, insurance, taxes, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, delivery restrictions, title transfer and risk of loss will be handled in accordance with the Platform Terms. Unless Tilt Rips expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the winner is responsible for taxes, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees and other governmental or destination-based charges, and for providing a lawful and accurate delivery destination.

If an item cannot lawfully or reasonably be shipped to the winner's location, Tilt Rips may hold the item in an approved vault, substitute comparable inventory, or use another lawful fulfillment method. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by authentication, grading, inventory, customs, compliance, carrier or force majeure delays.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, local and other taxes, reporting obligations, duties and charges arising from receipt, ownership, delivery, sale or disposition of the Tilt Treasure Grand Prize. Tilt Rips may require tax forms or other documentation and may report the prize where required by law.

Users must not, and must not attempt to:

• create, control or use multiple or linked accounts to obtain access or to circumvent eligibility, verification or compliance requirements;
• share, sell, transfer or assign access to another person;
• use bots, scripts, automation, spoofing, VPNs, geolocation manipulation or unauthorized technology;
• manipulate access qualification, payment, pack inventory, odds, reveals or results;
• provide false or misleading identity, location, transaction, VIP or source-of-funds information;
• use stolen, unauthorized or fraudulently obtained payment methods;
• collude with another user, employee, vendor or third party; or
• otherwise breach these Supplemental Terms, the Platform Terms or applicable law.

Tilt Rips may investigate suspected misconduct, aggregate linked activity, cancel access or purchases, void affected openings, withhold or recover inventory, suspend or terminate accounts, and take any other action permitted under the Platform Terms or applicable law.

Tilt Rips may correct typographical, display, inventory, valuation, odds, tracking, technical or operational errors affecting the Tilt Treasure Pack or its disclosures.

Tilt Rips may suspend, restrict, modify or end future availability where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security concerns, technical failure, inventory issues, legal or regulatory requirements, payment risk, force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any change will not affect a validly completed opening or finally verified Grand Prize award, except where the result arose from fraud, manipulation, duplicate allocation, payment reversal, material error or other grounds permitting correction under these Supplemental Terms, the Platform Terms or applicable law.

Except where prohibited by law, the verified winner agrees that Tilt Rips may publish the winner's username, first name and last initial, general location, winning result and prize description in connection with announcing and promoting the Tilt Treasure Pack, without additional compensation.

Tilt Rips will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and may disclose information to service providers, tax authorities, regulators, carriers, insurers, authentication providers and other parties as reasonably necessary to verify and fulfill the Grand Prize or comply with law.

Collectibles are subjective, speculative and volatile. Grades, condition opinions, market prices, liquidity and collector demand can change. Any stated value, comparison, estimate or buyback quote is informational and does not guarantee future sale proceeds or economic return.

The winner and every purchaser assume the market, condition, storage, delivery, tax and economic risks applicable to collectibles under the Platform Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Rips and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising from access qualification, purchase, opening, non-selection, verification, valuation, delivery, storage or use of the Tilt Treasure Pack or Grand Prize.

Nothing in these Supplemental Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Rips' reasonable decisions concerning access, qualifying spend, VIP transfers, eligibility, pack configuration, odds, results, valuation, verification, fraud, fulfillment and compliance with these Supplemental Terms are final and binding.

The governing-law, informal dispute-resolution, binding arbitration and class-action waiver provisions in the Platform Terms apply to the Tilt Treasure Pack and are incorporated into these Supplemental Terms.
