Pragmatic Tuesdays – Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

"Pragmatic Tuesdays" is a promotional campaign operated by Monkey Tilt ("Monkeytilt"). By participating in this promotion, players agree to these Promotional Terms & Conditions together with Monkeytilt's General Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to players who:

    Are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;

    Have successfully completed all applicable KYC/verification requirements;

    Are not located in any restricted or prohibited jurisdiction as determined by Monkeytilt or Pragmatic Play;

    Maintain an account in good standing throughout the promotion period.

Players will automatically opt in to the promotion upon placing their first eligible qualifying spin during the promotional window.

3. Qualifying Gameplay

To participate in the promotion:

    Each qualifying wager must be a minimum of USD 0.20 per spin (or currency equivalent);

    Only eligible Pragmatic Play slot titles listed on the official in-tool allowlist qualify;

    Bonus-funded, promotional, demo, cancelled, refunded, or voided spins are excluded.

Buy-feature purchases:

    Count toward wagering activity based on the full feature purchase price paid.

Only settled and valid wagers will contribute toward leaderboard standings.

4. Leaderboard Rules

Leaderboard rankings will be determined according to the promotion mechanics and scoring methodology communicated within the promotional tool or interface.

Pragmatic Play's final certified leaderboard data shall be deemed the official and authoritative source for all ranking determinations, prize allocations, and dispute resolution.

Monkeytilt reserves the right to verify, adjust, or correct standings where necessary to reflect final certified results.

5. Prize Structure

Eligible participants may receive prizes based on final leaderboard position, including:

    A top cash prize of up to USD 500 USDT;

    Fifty (50) free spins awarded on Gates of Olympus.

Free spins are subject to the following conditions:

    Spin denomination fixed at USD 0.20 per spin;

    Winnings generated from the free spins are subject to a 1× wagering requirement in accordance with Monkeytilt house rules;

    Free spins expire seven (7) days after issuance if unused.

6. Void & Malfunction Rules

Voided, cancelled, or malfunctioning rounds will be excluded from:

    Total wagering calculations;

    Leaderboard scoring;

    Prize eligibility assessments.

Where removal of voided gameplay affects leaderboard standings, rankings may be recalculated and recomputed accordingly, including adjustments affecting top-five placements or prize positions.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

Monkeytilt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate and disqualify any participant suspected of:

    Fraudulent activity;

    Collusion;

    Multi-accounting;

    Abuse of promotional mechanics;

    Any conduct intended to manipulate leaderboard outcomes.

Any breach of these Terms or Monkeytilt's General Terms may result in forfeiture of prizes, suspension of accounts, or exclusion from future promotions.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Terms

This promotion is subject to:

    Monkeytilt's standard restricted jurisdiction policy;

    Any additional territorial or regulatory exclusions imposed by Pragmatic Play and surfaced through the promotional tool or interface.

Participation is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is governed by Monkeytilt's General Terms & Conditions. Monkeytilt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, regulatory, or integrity-related reasons.
