Leaderboard standings may be recomputed and adjusted before prizes are issued.
7. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification
Monkeytilt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate and disqualify any participant suspected of:
Fraudulent conduct;
Collusion;
Multi-accounting;
Abuse of promotional systems or tournament mechanics.
Any breach of these Terms, Monkeytilt's General Terms, or applicable provider tournament rules may result in forfeiture of prizes, suspension of accounts, or exclusion from future promotions.
8. Jurisdiction & Governing Terms

Monkeytilt's standard restricted jurisdiction policy; and
Any territorial, regulatory, or provider-specific restrictions imposed by Hacksaw Gaming.
