The Genesys Arena Tournament is available in selected slot games from 31 July at 08:01 UTC to 9 August at 21:59 UTC (the "Promotional Term"). This is a network-wide promotion operated by Pragmatic Play, with prize pools shared across multiple participating operators.

To participate, you must opt in to any participating game through the promotional welcome pop-up.

No tournament points are awarded for gameplay prior to opting in, and points will not be credited retroactively.

By opting in for the Genesys Arena Tournament, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

How to Win in the Genesys Arena Tournament

To qualify for the leaderboard, players must purchase at least one in-game Bonus/Free Spins feature in any participating game (a "Bonus Buy").

Bonus/Free Spins features triggered through normal gameplay do not contribute to the tournament score.

Ante bets (including, but not limited to, Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, and Triple Chance Bet) do not contribute to the tournament score.

For scoring purposes, win multipliers are calculated using the game's Base Bet (not the Bonus Buy purchase price, and each a "Qualifying Bonus Buy") — Win Multiplier = Total Win / Base Bet.

    The Base Bet is the standard bet level set within the game before the Bonus Buy is purchased. For example, a €100 Bonus Buy in Sweet Rush Bonanza corresponds to a €1 Base Bet.

Each Bonus Buy is treated as a single qualifying game round for scoring purposes, regardless of the number of spins included within the feature.

A player's tournament score is the sum of all rounded win multipliers from Qualifying Bonus Buys during the Genesys Arena Tournament.

Win multipliers are rounded to the nearest whole number before being added to the score.

Multipliers greater than 0.5 are rounded up, while multipliers of 0.5 or less are rounded down.

Score Calculation Example (for illustrative purposes only):

Score = Win(1) / bet(1) + … + Win(n) / bet(n)

You buy a Free Spins feature on a Bonus Buy bet amount of €100 (where the base bet is €1) and win €500 → Score = €500 / €1 = 500

You bet €5 and win €1,000 → Score = €1,000 / €5 = 0

You buy a Free Spins feature on a Bonus Buy bet amount of €200 (where the base bet is €2) and win €1,000 → Score = €1,000 / €2 = 500

Your final score will be 500 + 500 = 1,000

If the auto-play feature is in use, it will not be paused or stopped if you navigate away from the in-progress game to view the tournament promotional menu.

In the event of a tie, players with the same number of tournament points will be ranked based on who achieved the points score first.

The tournament updates in real time, allowing you to view the in-game leaderboard at any time while playing participating games.

What You Can Win in the Genesys Arena Tournament

Prizes will be awarded in cash, based on the final leaderboard positions at the end of the Genesys Arena Tournament. Winners are ranked in descending order, from the highest to the lowest position, according to their total score.

General T&Cs

There is no additional cost to participate.

Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.

The advertised currency conversion rate is determined solely by Pragmatic Play and is calculated using a Euro (€) currency multiplier applied to the player's local currency.

The list of participating games can be found in the Promotions section of the Pragmatic Play lobby, as well as in the promotional or any other dedicated category on the platform.

In the event of technical issues, interruptions, or game malfunctions, affected spins, scores, or prize outcomes may be voided or reinstated in accordance with operator procedures.

Pragmatic Play is not responsible for connectivity issues, device failures, or platform outages affecting Tournament participation or scoring.

Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.

Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behavior, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player's participation in future promotions. Furthermore, Pragmatic Play and the platform owner where the player is registered may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the promotion for all participants.

Participation is subject to local laws, age restrictions, and licensing conditions. Certain jurisdictions may limit or prohibit Bonus Buy features or Free Spins awards.
