Account Verification (KYC)

When is KYC needed?

• You can deposit and play without completing KYC right away.
• KYC is usually required once your total withdrawals reach $2,000.
• In some cases, we may also ask for verification earlier as part of our security and compliance checks.
• Until verification is completed, withdrawals may be paused.

What documents do we need?

For standard verification, we usually need a valid Proof of Identification, such as:

• Passport
• Driver’s License
• National ID

Please make sure the document is clear, valid, and fully visible.

In some cases, we may also ask for additional documents, such as Proof of Address. If requested, this should usually be dated within the last 3 months.

How to submit your documents

You can upload your documents directly from your account:

1. Go to Casino Settings.
2. Open the Verification tab.
3. Click Complete Advanced Verification.
4. Upload the requested documents in the ticket.

This is the fastest and safest way to send your documents to us.

• Avoid blurry or cropped images.
